Security Warranty Coverage and Options

PRC's Security warranty program is designed to "put things right" with a minimum of paperwork and inconvenience should a problem occur with any PRC product within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Built-in First Year Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Unlimited access to our toll-free technical service experts (800) 262-1990
  
• A free "loaner" device to use while your device is being repaired. The customer or facility requesting a loan device through the PRC warranty program will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs resulting from damage, loss or theft of the loaned equipment.
• Free shipping to PRC and back to the customer; and
• Device repair or replacement at no charge to you for any problem other than theft or loss.

Extended Security Options Beyond the First Year Standard Warranty

Gold Security Warranty Includes:

• Unlimited access to our toll-free technical service experts (800) 262-1990
• Free one-way return shipping for your repaired or replaced device; and
• Device repair or replacement at no charge to you for any problem other than theft or loss.
• (Please note: This option does not include a free service loaner and includes only one-way shipping)

Platinum Security Warranty Includes:

• Unlimited access to our toll-free technical service experts (800) 262-1990
  
• A free "loaner" device to use while your device is being repaired. The customer or facility requesting a loan device through the PRC warranty program will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs resulting from damage, loss or theft of the loaned equipment.
• Free shipping to PRC and back to the customer; and
• Device repair or replacement at no charge to you for any problem other than theft or loss.

Devices loaned through the PRC warranty program are intended to enable communication while the client's device is being serviced. Some accessories and/or any custom components may not be available through the warranty loan program. PRC will make every effort to match the loan device to the client's original configuration.

A five-year package may be purchased only before the first year of warranty expires. Extended Security may be purchased in increments of one to five years. If the warranty has expired, the Extended Security may be re-instituted if the device is inspected by service and repaired at the expense of the customer. After the device is re-certified, additional years of Extended Security may be purchased to cover the device up to six years from the purchase date. Warranty not available for sale in the state of Virginia.

Extended warranty coverage is non-upgradeable and non-transferable.
